In 2014, Nicola expanded her expertise by obtaining a CIPD qualification through the successful completion of a level 5 course in Human Resource Management. This additional qualification further enriched her skill set and complemented her legal knowledge. Since 2016, Nicola has been actively involved in the role of a Legal Trainer. This position allows her to combine her extensive understanding of Property Law with her passion for working with people.
