Andrew’s first job was working for Lloyds Bank before joining a local high street insurance brokers in 1988. This led to a career in various parts of the personal injury sector, primarily medico-legal reporting and rehabilitation. Since then, Andrew has managed team of various sizes very successfully.

Andrew’s true passion is road cycling. He hopes to one day hire a camper van and follow the three week Giro D’Italia. He is a lifelong Sheffield Wednesday supporter and spends match days with his son. Andrew also has four wonderful grandchildren who always keep him on his toes.
