As our newly appointed Post Completion Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the post completion team, ensuring that they meet departmental KPI’s and SLA. Further, the role includes complex post completion applications as well as system development, workflow and process improvement.

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure all departmental KPI’s and SLA’s are achieved with the support of your line manager.
  • Effectively manage and motivate the Post Completion Team holding regular 121’s, training, coaching and team meetings.
  • Audit and Monitor your team and your individual staff’s performance on a daily basis and provide appropriate feedback.
  • To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and stakeholders at all times.
  • To deal with the more complex matters of registrations and SDLTs, such as Leasehold and Shared Ownership transactions.
  • To resolve complex requisitions on the title, such as restrictions.
  • Liaising with HM Land Registry’s account manager to increase efficiencies both at the company and within HM Land Registry practices with the aim to continuously reduce requisition rates.

What we need from you

  • Highly organised and thorough with a strong eye for detail and the ability to assess, plan and prioritise work and take decisions for self and team.
  • Able to comfortably communicate targets and deadlines and prioritise work loads
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Willingness to adhere to and surpass set targets
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and a desire to learn and progress and inspire this in others.
  • Able to comply and ensure compliance with agreed process, best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Able to work flexibly as needed to hit set targets and deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Professional, but approachable manner (to all).
  • Minimum 3 years experience (but all levels considered including more senior) in conveyancing/ property sector
