As our new Accounts Assistant you will assist the Assistant Management and reporting accountant in completing day to day account tasks for Trade Union Legal and other tasks within PM Group.

Role Responsibilities

  • Daily banking of cheques and incoming bacs payments.
  • Daily bank reconciliations primarily for Trade Union Legal.
  • Prepare payments for clients.
  • Process Billing and transfers
  • Assist costs team to resolve queries.
  • Assist the Assistant Management and Reporting Accountant as required.
  • You may be required to perform any other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by the Company, if necessary, which may include other offices and those of clients.

  • Basic maths and English skills
  • Ability to work within a team
