Lisa Gibbons, Elissa Parkin, Kirsty Marshall, Amy Hobson, Olivia Thawley, Mollie Lancaster, and Reed Vallance-Owen are employed at PM Property Lawyers, while Maisie Carter works for our sister company, Valerie Holmes Law. Their commitment, dedication, and the skills they have acquired during their apprenticeship, under the mentorship of our very own Nicki Crossley and the training provided by MOL as part of their course, have been exceptional.

Acknowledging the Achievement

We extend our warmest congratulations to Lisa Gibbons, Elissa Parkin, Kirsty Marshall, Amy Hobson, Olivia Thawley, Maisie Carter, Mollie Lancaster, and Reed Vallance-Owen for their outstanding success in passing their first CLC apprenticeship assignment on the English Legal System. This achievement not only highlights their hard work and dedication but also exemplifies the high standards of training and education offered at PM Property Lawyers.

These talented apprentices have demonstrated their ability to comprehend intricate legal concepts, analyse case law, and apply their knowledge to practical scenarios. Their accomplishment is a testament to their commitment and the efforts they have invested in their professional development.

Emphasising the Significance of the English Legal System

The English Legal System serves as the foundation of our legal framework, ensuring fairness, justice, and equality for all. It encompasses the laws, rules, and regulations that govern our society, providing a structure for resolving disputes and upholding the rights of individuals and businesses alike.

Understanding the intricacies of this system is crucial for anyone pursuing a career in the legal field, particularly in the realm of conveyancing. That is why the first challenge presented to CLC apprentices focuses on the English Legal System—it forms the foundation upon which all their future learning will be built.

Training, Mentorship, and the Value of Apprenticeships at PM Property Lawyers

Our CLC apprentices have received comprehensive training provided by MOL, supported by the expertise of Nicki Crossley, an experienced legal professional at PM Property Lawyers. This combination of training and mentorship has played a pivotal role in shaping the apprentices’ understanding of the English Legal System and refining their practical skills.

Apprenticeships provide a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills while working towards a recognized qualification. At PM Property Lawyers, we firmly believe in the value of apprenticeships and their contribution to the growth and development of the legal profession. Lisa, Elissa, Kirsty, Amy, Olivia, Maisie, Mollie, and Reed exemplify the immense potential apprentices possess when provided with the right environment and support.

Nicki Crossley from the Training Team expressed her satisfaction, stating: “I have been working with the apprentices for several months now and I am delighted with their achievements. They have put in tremendous effort, and I am incredibly proud that they have all successfully passed their first assessment. This accomplishment sets them up well for the rest of their apprenticeship, and I am confident they will continue to excel.”

Looking Towards the Future

Equipped with a strong foundation in the English Legal System, our CLC apprentices are well-prepared to tackle the challenges that lie ahead in their legal careers. As they progress through their apprenticeships, we have full confidence in their ability to excel and make significant contributions to the field of conveyancing.
