PM Property Lawyers are expanding and we’re looking for a Post Completion Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of our residential property transactions, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service even after completion.
As part of our Post Completion Team, you’ll handle essential administrative tasks, manage registrations with HM Land Registry, and ensure files are archived accurately. Your work will help us maintain our reputation for efficiency and compliance, while meeting departmental KPIs and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients via phone, email, and post.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with clients, lenders, and third parties.
- Keeping task lists and filing systems up to date.
- Submitting SDLT or LTT returns and making payments.
- Preparing and submitting registration applications to HM Land Registry (including AP1 forms).
- Chasing outstanding documentation and resolving requisitions promptly.
- Keeping lenders informed of registration progress and sending completed registrations.
- Closing files and ensuring all balances are correctly allocated before archiving.
- Collaborating with colleagues to reduce requisition rates and improve processes.
- Attending team meetings and supporting departmental goals.
Who we’re looking for
- Ideally you will have previous experience working within a conveyancing department.
- You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator.
- You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- You will be proactive, and have a team-focused approach.
