Role Purpose
To manage a personal caseload of residential sale and purchase transactions, while consistently delivering exceptional client services. The role requires meeting individual performance targets and ensuring all works align with business KPIs and SLAs, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the organisation.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a caseload of sale and purchase transactions, with support from an assistant where appropriate.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within strict deadlines and in line with KPIs and SLAs.
- Achieve monthly completion targets and other individual performance objectives.
- Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide regular updates to panel members and referral partners, meeting their specific SLAs and requirements.
- Use the firm’s bespoke case management system in accordance with internal protocols.
- Attend training sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings as required.
- Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in file management and team interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
What we need from you
- Ideally you’re a qualified conveyancer with at least two years’ experience in a fee earner role.
- Proven experience managing caseloads and meeting deadlines in a similar role.
- Confident user of case management systems, Land Registry Portal, Online SDLT and panel websites.
- Solid understanding of AML Legislation, CQS requirements and SRA compliance.
- Deliver exceptional client care and have clear effective communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own time.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and adapt.
- Be detail orientated with a proactive, process-driven approach.
