As our newly appointed Junior Proclaim Developer you will develop software within the business’s case management systems. When required, provide first / second line helpdesk support to end users assisting them with hardware and software problems.

Role Responsibilities

Role responsibilities:

 

  • To develop and maintain the Proclaim CMS systems (and any other system or successor case management system) as required in use across group businesses.
  • To learn and train on all aspects of the Proclaim case management system.
  • To develop and maintain other systems as required by the Group as required.
  • To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with issues and work within the SLAs.
  • To log calls as required on the call logging system / ticket system and to deal with such calls proactively.
  • To provide technical support, answering support queries for all companies within the PM Law Group.
  • Maintain develop and promote the efficient use of I.T. across all areas of the company.
  • To assist the I.T. Department generally.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Commitment to development of Proddow Mackay I.T. infrastructure.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Some experience of coding \ programming preferred. This could have been at school, a hobby or professional level.
  • General Interest in IT.
  • Familiar with use of Microsoft Windows.
  • Familiar with use of Microsoft Office Applications.
